B⋮VIEW extends your existing IP camera system to Böning displays, bridge monitors, crew workstations, laptops and mobile devices through one simple interface designed specifically for marine operation.

 

It provides a dedicated, navigation-focused interface for live camera viewing and control, allowing each display to independently select single-camera or multi-camera layouts without affecting other stations.

Connected to the vessel’s existing approved IP cameras and NVR (Network Video Recorder), the B:View server distributes live video throughout the onboard Ethernet network. The original NVR remains responsible for video recording, playback, cybersecurity and advanced surveillance functions, while B:View provides the crew with a simplified interface optimized for daily vessel operation and maximum situational awareness.

  • Flexible Camera Viewing

View one camera full-screen or monitor multiple cameras simultaneously using configurable grid layouts. B⋮VIEW supports systems with up to 24 cameras and automatically adapts to different display sizes and aspect ratios.​

  • Camera Sequence Mode

Automatically cycle through selected cameras at configurable intervals. Ideal for continuously monitoring multiple areas of the vessel from a single display.​​​​​

  • Optimized for operation during navigation

A clean, touchscreen-friendly interface provides fast access to the cameras and controls required during navigation, maneuvering and onboard operations. Each display operates independently and may show a different camera or grid arrangement.

Authorized users may access selected live cameras from a smartphone or laptop through the B:View Web App.

PRIVACY MODE: Access can be limited to specific users and cameras without providing access to NVR recordings or camera configuration.

Important note: The B:View system is intended for live camera viewing and operational control. Video recording, recorded-video playback and advanced surveillance functions remain available through the vessel’s approved NVR system and camera manufacturer application. Available functions depend on the selected camera models, NVR compatibility, network configuration and project scope.
